Eden Home Has Great Organic Baby Products and a chance to win an organic baby shower!

>> Monday, May 10, 2010

organic baby products On the Eden Home website you will find a complete selection of the best organic, all-natural and eco-friendly products for your home and life that won’t have you compromising your sense of style. Plus Eden Home Seal of Assurance labeling system describes the virtues of each product: (O) organic, (N) natural, (E) eco-friendly, (FT) Fair Trade and (USA) made in the USA. I love that extra touch that makes shopping clear and easy!

organic baby showerRight now, Eden Home is having a big baby gift registry contest running until June 30th, 2010. Create your registry for a chance to win a over $2000 in prizes! Imagine that!

I was impressed my Eden Home's selection and I liked their organic baby and kids skincare items which I am always needing more of! I decided to try Little Twig Natural Baby Bubble Bath which I had never tried before. When I received this bubble bath I was very pleased to see that it was 17 ounces, quite a big bottle! I like getting more for my money and I like reducing the packaging I used. Two in one, sweet! My kids love this all-natural blend of calming lavender-lemon essence and gentle bath foam. It was very mild and gentle on their skin, unlike many bubble baths. I love that it was enriched with Vitamin E, Shea Butter and Aloe Vera to sooth and soften sensitive skin, which my son has. Of course, I also loved that it is organic, chemical and perfume-free, and sulphate and paraben free. Absolutely no synthetic fragrances or artificial colors are used. What is not to love? Little Twig also packages all of their organic baby skincare in recycleable PET bottles and the company is eco-friendly and are cruelty free. We also tried Little Twit Natural Baby Shampoo in Tangerine. My kids appreciated that it was tearless and I appreciated that it is pediatrician-tested, pH balanced and contains JoJoba and Flax Seed Oil for healthy hair, Calendula and Vitamin E for a healthy scalp, plus tangerine, lemon, and rosemary essential oils. I am very pleased with these Little Twig products.

I was also very excited to try out The African Safari Print Fabkins organic napkins from Eden Home Kids BPA free Organic Accessories. I have been trying to replace our paper products with fabric. I have already replaced paper towels with dish towels and now, thanks to Eden Home, we are replacing paper napkins with these fun organic cloth napkins! My kids love the animals and are excited to see which one they get each night. I am thinking of getting the ballerina collection for my daughter's lunchbox next year.

I was very pleased with my experience shopping at Eden Home and I would love to shop with them again, especially in their organic bath towels collection, which look really luxurious!

Fuelmyblog did invite me to take part in this product testing campaign. I did receive a GC code to use towards my purchase. I did not receive monetary compensation. The opinions expressed are my own and I was under no obligation to share them.

The Organically Grown Shop Has the Cutest Eco-friendly Outfits for toddlers and Babies!

>> Saturday, April 3, 2010

I recently discovered another great company- Organically Grown. Their apparel is made from organic cotton, which is grown by safe, pesticide-free methods from plants that are not genetically modified. They support the organic farming community and are committed to a green, sustainable environment.

Organically Grown truly believes that, "There is a direct connection between what we wear and the effect it has on the earth. According to the Organic Exchange, an estimated 170 million pounds of pesticides, and 25% of the world's insecticides are used in the production of conventional, non-organic cotton. 7 out of 10 of these pesticides are on the EPA's "known" list of "likely" or "probable" carcinogens..." I, of course, already thought that organic cotton is great but that really opened my eyes to what an impact our choices make! Organically Grown is proud to be a part of the organic revolution.

With products by Organically Grown, there is no need to compromise between your budget and your conscience. As well as being eco-friendly, their clothes are affordable and adorable! Organically Grown's Organic Toddler Clothing Collection is comprised of two-piece outfits with cute, eco-friendly slogans on each of the sets’ t-shirts! My son's outfit says "handle with care" right below the Earth with a recycling symbol around it. Very cute and yet it makes a statement! It is so soft and it washed well. I also picked out an adorable oufit for my daughter that says "Pretty Natural," which I think we all are!

Organicaly grown also has a super cute Infant Collection with onesies, outfit sets, blankets, bibs, and more.

Organically Grown has some bonuses to make your shopping experience even better and you can follow them on twitter for updates on their product lines and promotions!

Organically Grown did provide me with a free outfit for my son to try in hopes that I would share my honest opinions with others. I received no monetary compensation and the opinions expressed are my own.
