Today, I wanted to share something great I found! You all know I love nature and I was very excited to find this program where Odwalla is planting trees in state parks. You can select a state for a tree to be planted and Odwalla does it for you! No cost to you (free), no hassle. It just takes a minute. I did it and it was super fast.
3 Simple Steps:
"Here at Odwalla, we are not only committed to nourishing you, we're just as committed to nourishing our planet." Thanks Odwalla. I dig! I plant it too!
Here are some interesting tree facts I found at SavATree.com:
The shade and wind buffering provided by trees reduces annual heating and cooling costs by 2.1 billion dollars.
One tree can absorb as much carbon in a year as a car produces while driving 26,000 miles.
(You can visit them for many more tree facts).
So go do your part and start clicking! Oh, and after you do it. Share the program with others. You can tweet this out by using the share this feature at the end of the post.
