Organic Raw Honey Giveaway From Tropical Traditions

Have you ever heard of raw honey? In my humble opinion it is the best kind of honey! I love it because it has a smooth, creamy texture that is just heavenly. I love it in tea, on toast, and on my finger! The creaminess comes from the fine textured crystals that are characteristic of totally pure, unheated, unprocessed, raw honey. To me, there is also a huge difference in taste, though I find it hard to pin down exactly what it is. I think that raw honey doesn't taste as sweet to me. The flavor is more complex. I know that I just love raw and don't feel the same about most commercial honey. Raw honey is also great because it preserves the integrity of the natural enzymes and nutrients that are good for you and which are lost in pasturized honey. According to Wikipedia.org, "Local raw honey is sought after by allergy sufferers as the pollen impurities are thought to lessen the sensitivity to hay fever".

I love raw honey and I was excited to get to try Tropical Traditions organic raw honey because in my opinion, when it comes to honey, you can't get better than raw and organic! It was delicious! Tropical Traditions Organic Raw Honey comes from the frontier areas of Canada and is relatively unique because the bees are not contained to an apiary and are free to harvest from many different types flowers. My children love it in peanut butter and honey sandwiches, even my daughter who won't eat peanut butter and jelly.
