I have started to go green. Am learning more. I have been watching that show call WASTE. It's fabulous.
Am interested now in composting our food waste.
We just moved and this week and last we have been planting trees in out new yard. We also are very excited about the start of our compost pile we are making in the back yard. This summer we are growing a veggie and fruit garden and plan only on using organic treatments on it. I'll keep you updated on our adventures.http://nicolesspirit878.blogspot.com/
Looking forward to the event.
Great event! I blogged about it, including what I am doing to go greener :)
I can't wait to see what everyone's going to share. I'm very passionate about green, sustainable living(it's all I blog about), and was so excited to come across this event! Thanks. Peace. :)
I plan on mentioning this event on my blog this week and I look forward to reading the new blogs as they come up. We try to live green every day but aren't as green as I'd like. We are moving onto 6 acres where we plan on establishing our home and a permaculture center to teach others how to live sustainably. Feel free to check out our adventures on my blog!
We have been a fairly green family but have made a commitment to do as much as we can to be green in the next few months and, as a result, I have started blogging about it. The feedback I have seen has been great with friends emailing me for green cleaner recipes, ways to cut down on energy usage, etc. It is so exciting to see more people pick up on being green!
I posted. I'm #10 on Mr. Linky.
We always pick up others litter. Lets keep our Earth clean and green
Happy to participate! I'm not such a green person, but there are a few things that I do that are considered green. Simple things. I plan on posting one a day this week in honor of Earth Day and your celebration.
I'm number 12! Looking forward to this, thanks for hosting!

I've got my small motel "green" starting a couple of years ago. It's been exciting since, my customers love it and they started participating with me at our efforts!

I'll be interested to find out how your Earth week promotion goes!
I posted information on this great event! I'm also working on my own daily posts on our family's efforts to celebrate Earth Day every day.
We're a green family, our recycling is always more than our garbage and we try to purchase what's best for the eco system whenever possible. You can recycle loads of things that you may not realize. http://earth911.com/ is a great site that helps us sort out what can and can't be recycled.
For the housebound this Thursday on Boomerang there is a Captain Planet Marathon from 8-8.
Also, for the Atlanta Moms, Captain Planet is doing an instore appearance at Bloomingdales, Lenox Square on 4/23, 3-5. It's free and is a great escape for the younger set to see the Eco hero.
